Objectives
Are you passionate about combining legal expertise with technology-driven problem-solving? At Crown Interactive, we are seeking a Legal and Implementation Consultant who will play a dual role in supporting our legal and compliance functions while ensuring the smooth implementation of our enterprise, SaaS, and public sector software solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and translating legal and business requirements into practical implementation steps during project delivery.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong legal background, a keen understanding of technology and data-driven solutions, and the ability to bridge the gap between legal frameworks and software implementation. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure our solutions are not only effective but also legally sound, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
Familiarity with public procurement laws and compliance frameworks
Roles
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, SLAs, and partnership agreements.
Ensure all company operations and projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and data protection policies.
Advise management and project teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when necessary.
Maintain and update internal legal documentation and compliance frameworks.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business and regulatory requirements during solution deployment.
Translate contractual obligations and compliance needs into actionable system configurations.
Support the delivery and implementation of enterprise software and SaaS solutions.
Conduct legal and compliance assessments as part of project delivery.
Work closely with product, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless rollout and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B); BL required; LL.M or relevant certifications (e.g., compliance, project management) is a plus.
3-6 years of combined experience in legal practice, compliance, or technology consulting.
Strong knowledge of contract law, data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software, or technology implementations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally between legal, business, and technical teams.
