Objectives

Do you have strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view at Crown Interactive, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The COO will lead our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. The ideal candidate should have an extensive experience within our industry, preferably having worked their way up to an executive role. We believe this trajectory helps a person develop a unique mix of business and management expertise, plus proficiency with the practices, policies, and procedures of our industry. The COO will work closely with the executive team to scale the company, optimize processes, and enhance overall business performance.
Skills
- Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or senior leadership role in a software or technology company.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software is a plus.
- Expertise in business operations, strategic planning, and process optimization.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive operational excellence.

- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.

- Implement best practices in project management, software development, and client delivery.
- Develop policies, procedures, and operational frameworks to enhance productivity.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure seamless software development.
- Oversee the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure best practices in software development, DevOps, and infrastructure management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to maintain profitability.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining high-quality service and product standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze business performance and drive efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire teams across multiple departments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 to 20 years work experience with 8 years or more years of experience in executive leadership roles.
